Blithe Spirit written by Noël Coward is an improbable and highly-spirited farce in three acts, that will have you laughing in two dimensions!
Set in Kent, England, in the 1930s, acclaimed author Charles Condomine and his wife Ruth, prepare for an evening of hosting. Their guest list consists of their fellow affluent friends, the Bradmans, and a special; albeit eccentric, guest Madame Arcati; a medium and author of children's books.
The evening is planned upon gathering material for Charles' upcoming book, "The Unseen"; in which he hopes to gain insight into the ways of mediums like Madame Arcati, unbeknownst to her.
As the party of five conducts their seance; which begins as a night of entertainment and mockery; quickly suspends into surprising paranormal activities. As the real world and supernatural unexpectedly collide: What happens next will have you reaching for your sage!
